Jeff Bagwell-HWI  .430 BA, .528 OBP, .767 SLG, 30 RBI in 25 games.  Bagwell
continues to be an RBI machine

Albert Belle-BOS   11 Home Runs, 31 RBI, and 7 for 9 in steals, "For whom
does the Belle toll, It tolls for thee Albert".

Chuck Knoblaugh-ILL  .408 BA, .512 OBP, .549 SLG and all done on just 29
clutch hits.

Brady Anderson-BOX  13 Home Runs, 807 SPC.  Sure he's here again this month
but you can't ingore his contributions and the fact the Boxers are in the
thick of the pennant race.

Kenny Lofton-ATL  .398 BA, 22 for 26 in steals.  Enjoy this now Admiral
Vern, Version 7 has some tricks up its sleeve to stop the stolen base attack.

Lance Johnson-SCT  .426 BA, .462 OBP, 611 SLG and 46 hits.  A first timer
here but no lump of coal with an amazing 46 hits in a single month!

Roger Clemens-BOX  5-0 1.65 ERA, 47 K's.  This game is based on the 1996
season. Right?

Denny Neagle-DAY   4-0 1.73 1 home run in 36 innings help to add Neagle's
name to the list plus lead Dayton to a 16-9 month.

Jeff Brantley-ILL  0.00 8 for 8 in save opportunities.  Enjoy it while it lasts.


FIZZLERS

Brian McRae-GLE  .174 BA, 0 home runs, 2 RBI makes for a dry month at the well
here.

Ron Gant-BLK   .181 BA but then Gant's a streak hitter so this is expected
but not accepted.

John Jaha-GUL   .183 BA but on the plus side his 17 hits for the month
produced 17 RBI.

Jason Kendall-BLK  Just 1 extra base hit in 25 games makes you think twice
about this first rounder.

Shane Andrews-BOS  33 k's fans the breeze in Boston.

Bobby Witt-HWI  9.36 ERA, .336 BA must mean too many Mai-Tais for Bobby.

Ricky Bones-LOU  0-5 6.21 ERA but make no bones about it, this is about
where you would expect this player to perfrom at.

Mike Mohler-GDN  10 wild pitches in 12 games.  This guy needs radar behind
the plate.
