ADML II



Voted 5-0 to fill future vacancies with new managers instead of allowing
current managers to switch teams.



Voted 3-1 to revoke the membership of the manager of the Chicago Whale.
One member of the committee did not cast a vote as he was a part of the
latest incident involving the manager of the Whale.



Voted 5-0 to amend the Constitution as follows:

Playoff Usage - Batters:
A batter's usage will now be judged by AB's, not games started. A batter will
be allowed 5% of his ADML II league AB's per playoff series. A batter with
500 or more ADML II league AB's will be allowed an unlimited number of AB's
per playoff series.

Playoff Usage - Starting Pitchers:
A pitcher will be allowed to start in a playoff series if he started at
least 10 ADML II league games during the season. This was reduced from
the previous number of 15.

Playoff Usage - Relief Pitchers:
No changes.
